Area Sales Manager – PAN INDIA

Job Responsibilities:
Managing & driving growth Sales Growth in the territories assigned.
Establishing the Daily Targets of SO/SR and reporting on achievements.
Submission of Daily Team Sales Report with verified details of SO/SR working with the Distributors.
Daily follow-up and reporting of issues resolved and handled.
Designing optimal product basket for the Channel Formulating
Managing Primary & Secondary Sales with team.
Planning of the business with the team to meet the short term & long term goals which are in-line with the overall organizational strategy
Identifying the gaps, relevant new opportunities & possibilities in the region for improving efficiency or growth and working on them to derive business growth
Developing the team regularly by ‘work-with’ and need based timely reviews
Designing & suggesting various need based engagement programs for trade and team and coordinating with
Steering business planning & performance management of channel partners, including development & execution of joint sales plans, local area marketing, staff coaching, recruitment, pipe-line management and hosting constructive meetings


Qualifications:
Must be a Graduate from any reputed Institute/University.
Must have 4+ years of experience in FMCG Sales as ASM or Sales Officer.
Must have very good communication & presentation skills.
